Hey there! We’re Ana and Catarina.
Together we've been helping people transition and level up their careers.
We're excited to support you in this journey too.
Ana started her career as an industrial engineer back in 2007. Since then, she has worked in corporate, startups and non-profits, stretching her career transition skills as she explored design, HR, talent acquisition, operations and marketing. She has also spent the past 10 years contributing to DEI initiatives and helping dozens of people transition from different backgrounds into tech — as employees and contractors.
Since 2017, Catarina, with a MSc in Organisational Psychology, has been working as a recruiter and HR Business Partner in both corporate and startup worlds. During this time, she has worked closely with hiring managers shaping desired profiles, reviewing countless resumes, and conducting diverse interviews and assessments.

Not at the moment. We designed this program in a way that all students can benefit from it, independently of their experience or knowledge in job application and selection processes.
Yes - this course is suited to anyone who wants to apply to a part-time/full-time job. You'll find information and resources adapted to creative roles - including our portfolio template.
This is a self-paced course, you can plan to work on the curriculum, including the application assets whenever it is the best time for you. However, please be mindful of the time you have until the access to the community expires, as you can ask us any questions, feedback on your cv and get support as you go through a hiring processes.
Yes! You'll be building your own customised cv — and we'll be side by side helping you refine it. We'll also be covering best practices and templates for other application assets such as a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, video introduction and a portfolio.
Absolutely! You will have access to the course forever and any updates we will be doing moving forward.
You will have access to the Humankind Works community forever. However, in order to keep the confidentiality and quality of our services, the students will have access to specific community channels of the course for a year. After the launch, the access will be limited to 6 months.
After you join the course, and the modules are released, you can, at any time, send us your CV through a form that will be available in the course platform. Within a few days, we will get back to you with a loom video reviewing your CV. If you have any follow up questions, we're happy to help you with those too.
Your submission will be processed internally by the team and through Humankind Works' systems — you will not have to share any details or information regarding your cv and current application process in the community.
Please note that you can request your cv feedback during the period of 1 year after purchase. As we're in the launch stage, if you enroll before February 5th 2024, you will have until May 5th, 2025, to ask for a cv feedback.
At this moment, we are only accepting payments via credit card. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
For sure! In the course platform, you'll find a form where you can submit your tax information to request your invoice. If you need the invoice right away, you can e-mail us to hello@humankindworks.com.
Exceptionally, as we will be releasing the course's modules in January 20th, if you email us (hello@humankindworks.com) until January 19th, we will issue a full refund — except the payment fees of our payment service provider.
After January 20th, we won't be offering more refunds as this is a self-paced course and you'll have immediate access to the curriculum, community and toolkit system.
